We want you to love your Veloura robe. If you are not happy for any reason, you can return it within 99 days of the delivery date for a refund.

How to start a return

1. Email us at support@velourarobe.online within 99 days of delivery with your order number.
2. We will reply with return instructions.
3. Send the item back as instructed. Please keep the tracking number.

Condition of items

Returned items should be in reasonable condition, with the controller and cable included. Items damaged by misuse may be refused.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective or we sent the wrong item. In those cases, contact us and we will cover it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something is wrong with your order, email us with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you.

Free gifts

If your order included free gifts, please return them together with the order for a full refund.
